Stephen C. Merkel graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1988. He worked in some of the top restaurants on the East Coast, including Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod. | | | | | | |

Steve has continued his education in the culinary arts well beyond his formal training at CIA. He has studied food and wine pairing and earned his sommelier certificiate with Andrea Immer, world reknowned sommelier and author. | | | | | | |
